How to: get Pin code from BSI system and program key with remote control on Citroen C5  using Lonsdor K518ISE key programmer.

Step 1: Read Pin Code

Connect K518 host with vehicle via OBD socket

Turn ignition switch to ON position

Select Immobilizer->Citroen ->Read Pin Code->Type 1

Turn ignition off, remove key

Switch ignition ON

Turn ignition off

Communicating

Switch ignition ON

Turn ignition off

Step 2: Program key fob

Select Immobilizer->Citroen->Select from vehicle->C5->Immobilizer->Type 3->Program key

Step 3: Program remote control 

Follow steps below to program C5 remote control with Lonsdor K518ISE

1.Switch ignition off and remove key
2.Insert a key and switch ignition on
3.Press any button of the remote control for 10 sec and then releases within 20 sec
4.Switch ignition off and remove key
5.For more keys, repeat step 2-4

Test the remote control and start vehicle with new key

How to solve Lonsdor K518ISE abnormal display after upgrade

 Here’s the working solution to Lonsdor K518ISE key programmer abnormal display after upgrade.

Problem: Click “Immobilizer” button after updating the device, it skips to below interface:

Solution:

Step 1: After rebooting the device, please press and hold the setting and return buttons(in below red box) simultaneously for few seconds..

Step 2: The following interface appears, please click “uninstall APK” button in the red box, and wait for few seconds.

Step 3: It skips to below interface, please click “OK” to continue.

Step 4: The following interface appears, please click the button in the red box to install factory-set/default APK.

Step 5: Please wait for about half a minute. The factory-set APK is installed and initiates automatically. Then input the password on boot, and click “OK”. It skips to below interface, click “update” in the red box. Remember to reboot the Lonsdor K518 after updating. You can use it normally now.

How to Configure Lonsdor K518ISE WiFi Connection

In both cases below you need to do WiFi setting on Lonsdor K518ISE key programmer:

1. First time use you need to configure WiFi to register and update
2. Device displays WiFi connection but cannot run an upgrade

Lonsdor K518ISE WiFi setting:

Select Settings->WIFI

Select www.lonsdor.com-2.4G

Tick Show advanced options

Set IP settings to Static

Change DNS 1 to 114.114.114.114

DNS 1 before setting

DNS 1 after setting.

Program Hyundai i35 2014 Remote Key with Lonsdor K518ISE

How to: read Hyundai i35 2014 pin code and program remote key with Lonsdor K518ISE key programmer and keydiy remote.

Step 1:

Write Keydiy remote with Keydiy KD-X2 remote maker

Step 2: Read Hyundai ix35 46 chip Pin code with Lonsdor

Connect K518 host with vehicle via OBD socket

Select Immobilizer->Hyundai->Read pin code->46 chip

Turn on ignition 

Read pin code success

Step 3: Program key with Lonsdor K518

Select Hyundai ->Select from type-> Immobilizer->Type 4 (CAN)->Program key

Turn ignition to ON position 

Lonsdor K518 require enter pin code to access

Program key in progress

1st key program success

Press YES to program next key

Replace next key, Turn ignition to ON position

2nd key program success.

Programming complete

Step 4: Program remote control with Lonsdor k518ISE

Select Hyundai->Select from type->Remote control system->16 pin->Type 1 (K) ->Program remote

Up to 4 remotes can be programmed only.

Insert first key and turn ignition on, then turn ignition off and remove key.

Press LOCK ort UNLOCK button for more than 1 second to program remote control

Program remote success, follow same procedure to program next one.

All remotes need to be programmed

Test the remote control and start vehicle.

Done.
