Lonsdor K518ISE Program Volvo S60 2013- 2016 Smart Key

Here's the operation guide of Volvo S60 2013-2016 half-keyless smart key programming with Lonsdor k518ISE key programmer.

Remove CEM module from Volvo S60
Connect K518 host with vehicle via OBD diagnostic socket
Select Immobilizer->Volvo->S60->Smart key (half keyless)

Select Read CEM security data

Plug the external 12V power supply and connect the KPROG-2 adapter to Lonsdor K518ISE host

connection between KPROG adapter and main host is built

Reading security data and save bin file

Select Add key function

This function require to load the security data

Load CEM data just read

Press Start button
Communicating...
Lonsdor k518 read vehicle information, part number, VIN, key numbers

Insert new key to be programmed into the card slot

Identified keys programmed: 4

Program completed

Test the remote
