Some users consulted us how to copy Toyota & Lexus 8A or 4D smart keys using Lonsdor KH100+ key copy machine. Here’s the clue. Same procedure with K518 series.

Frequency test, original key is dual frequency 433MHz 434Mhz
Press the button once on the remote.
If decoding failed after pressing the button for 2s, press it once again.
Decode key successfully.

today i test on 2 suv toyota rav4 and highlander hybrid both 2021 . Used the lonsdor board 0410b and i emulated the start button using the kh100 to calculate data.
when emulating all door should be closed, use the board to gather the data off the start button. press the start and hold the board near the button. t
he boards led light should blink when data is gather.
Take the board to the kh100 that is on the net to transfer the the data to get a emergency start. the whole thing takes less then 2 minutes.

If this work only on AA keys is not suitable for EU cars

They make different boards if you want to program Lonsdor smart key instead the genuine. For now 8A with pg.1 (AA)

Offer working solution to Lonsdor KH100+ error ” can’t detect a key”. Thanks to obdii365.com engineer.
First, let’s describe what the problem is.
Image 1: Turn on Lonsdor KH100+, agree the disclaim, enter “Identify Copy”, as shown in the pic, put a chip, click OK. And it always shows “Please wait, identifying” and no key result.
Image 2. Back to the home, enter “Remote control function”, then “Remote Frequency”, put remote control to detect, and the frequency is :0.000 Mhz.
So, what is the solution?

It contains “Steps video.mp4” guiding you how to use this .exe file.
Steps:
Step 1. Install .Net Framework 4.6.1.
Step 2. Unzip the above file.
Step 4. Use the USB cable to connect Lonsdor KH100+ to the computer, long press the “Down” button for few seconds and then press the power button once.
Step 3. Hold the “Down” button for a few seconds and press the power button once, you will enter USB data mode.
Step 5. Open the above repair file, click on “KH100UpdateTool.exe.”, then “Update”, soon you can see “Update completed”.
Step 6. Back to KH100+ and press “OK” button, and the device will update automatically, you just check whether it will work normally.

Have Lexus UX250h 2019 with all keys lost to program new keys, the best solution is to use Lonsdor K518ISE + H0440c + online calculation service. For this car model, Lonsdor K518ISE is not able to program the original key, but only use h0440c to program.

This is Lonsdor K518 newest update – Lexus Toyota smart key all keys lost and add key.
Step 1. Select ” Generate smart key.”.
Note: Internet needs to be connected.
Step 2. Put H0440C into the coil of Lonsdor k518ise / KH100, click on “OK” to start collecting data.
Choose PKE frequency.
Please check the car key frequency and choose accordingly.
Step 3. Keep all the car keys away from the car, and press the engine start button.
Note: if still no flashing light, most likely because the frequency was chosen wrongly.
After collecting, press OK.
Put back H0440C into KH100 / KH100+ / K518ISE coil and start key generation.
No collectable key been detected, please adjust the key position and try again.
Reading complete.
Do you have the original car key? Click “NO” for all keys lost situation.
It will take about 2 minutes to calculate.
Generation successfully.
Turn on ignition successful.
Now, this newly generated H0440C is a working key for the car, also you can use it as an emulator to add other new key.

Requirement:
Need H0440C smart key and Toyota AKL online calculation license
Part 1. Used Lonsdor K518ISE to program Toyota Lexus Smart Key when all keys lost
Plug k518 into the OBD2 port of Toyota / Lexus.
Register a account.
Tap “Special Functions”.
Tap “Key settings” -> FT smart key -> 8A -> Generate Smart Key ->
This function requires internet connection.
Tap “Ok” and it will show “Querying server, please wait…”.
Put a key which can acquire data into K518 card slot, and then tap “Ok”.
Select “PKE frequency”: 314.35 /315.10MHz.
Take all keys outside the car, press car Start button, put a key (acquiring data) close to the button, wait for about 10s until the key’s light flashes, if the light doesn’t flash, please press the button once again.
Put the key (acquiring data) back to K518 card slot, start to generate key.
No key (acquiring data) detected, probably the key position is too far from the card slot, please adjust the position and retry.
Put the key into K518 card slot again, it will show “Reading data, please wait…”
After several seconds, it will ask “Do you have working key?”, tap “No” and then “Ok”.
The task is being queued up, now it’s in the number 1, please wait…
Generated Successfully.
Put the new key that is generated successfully close to the Start button to check if it can start the car. Yeah, the new key is working!
