How to use Lonsdor K518 New Functions

Lonsdor K518ISE October 2018 new upgrade adds Trial update , clearer car logo, operation reference and push functions features. Here’s the Lonsdor new function introductions.

1. Click “Trail Apply” to get the latest update.

Note:

1. Each device can apply for only one time, once click, counting will start and will lasts for 90 days, then the “Trial apply” menu will disappear.

2. Functions with blue clock will be for free for 3 months, after that time, customer will need to subscribe to use.

3. The rest functions updated this time will be for free for ever.

4. Check the update log for a basic idea of the update content this time. For more details, Lonsdor will update continuously later in flyer, please check the update log later then. Also you can check official website for the detailed car list.

Note: So far, lots of car models have Help reference. Once there is a red mark as shown above, you can scan to get detail operation reference.

Step 2: Scan the code with your phone to get Operation instruction during programming.

5. Push function In case customer need Lonsdor to support certain car model, and we may already have it on our inner test device, though not release on standard K518 yet; Or when Lonsdor developed certain function while can’t find local car to test, if customer can find the local car to test, please contact Lonsdor and we will release the function only to your device for certain time(it depends), as a return for your kind help.

Lonsdor K518ISE Program Toyota Corolla 2015 H Chip Key

I’ve successfully add a H chip key on a Toyota Corolla year 2015 by using Lonsdor K518ISE key programmer.  H key all keys lost is not available currently, but G chip all key lost works if have smart key emulators.

Procedure:

Connect K518 with vehicle

Select Immobilizer->Toyota-> Program smart key-> Corolla->2015 UP->Immobilizer H type->Add key

A master key is required to add or erase other keys.

How to identify master key and valet key?

Insert key into ignition switch, if immo indicators won’t turn on, the key is the master key. If the immo light turns on for 2 sec and go off, it is the valet key.

Lonsdor K518 ISE Registration & activation

After system updating, you need go to registration&activation.

For new user, click Registration, input user name(email), name(min 2 char), password(min 6 char), email verification code and click YES to complete registration(if interrupted after registration is done, you will go to the System update–Registered user to proceed). Then go to Activation confirmation to continue.

After confirming activation, it will enter into Setup password interface, please set 6-digit numbers as your startup password. Then after information verification by Lonsdor (5-30 minutes, you can check the progress by clicking “Refresh” ), you will required to re-enter the password to verify, when you get the notification that verification successful, the whole process before using the device is complete.

Note

1. User name must be available email address, so that you can receive the verification code

from Lonsdor by email.

2. Please pay attention to the difference between the registration password (min 6 char) and the startup password(6-digit), the former will generally only used when registration, so please commit the 6-digit startup password into memory, as this will be required every time when you start the device.

3. The account will be bound to the corresponding device for life, other accounts can not log in your device and your account can not log in an registered or activated device either. 4. An account can be used to bind multiple new devices.

After networking, the system will automatically updated to the latest version. There are 3 ways of system update:

 One key update: quickly update the new added or modified functions.

 APK update: this is used when the APK is updated.

 Force to update: this is used when the device is faulty or to retrieve data.
