How to use Lonsdor Smart Key Emulators DST40(94/D4) DSTAES Chip 39 (128bit)?

This help file basically includes 4 parts: Function, Operation, Attention, and

Reference.

Functions

Operational process for all key lost

Please confirm whether emulator key (SKE) is bound to K518 device beforehand.

Backup EEPROM data-> Generate new data-> Dismantle immo box and write

new data to EEPROM-> Generate SKE-> Add/delete smart key

1. Backup original EEPROM immo data.
2. Use backup data to generate new data.
3. System certify and generate new data automatically, and program SKE to

become an available key,which can open dashboard.,before key programming.

4. Add a smart key.
5. Delete programmed key.
6. Bind SKE: Require to bind all SKE to K518 for the first use.

Operation

Operational process for all key lost

Please confirm whether K518 is bound to emulator key (SKE).

1. Backup EEPROM data–> 2. Generate emulator key (SKE)–> 3. Use SKE to

switch ignition ON–> 4. Add smart key

Operation

1. Backup EEPROM immo data.
2. Generate a SKE for emergency use.
3. Put the SKE close to start button and dashboard will be lit up.
4. Add a smart key.
5. Delete a smart key.

Bind emulator key

1. This function can bind emulator key (SKE-LT series) to K518 host.
2. Please insert key to be bound into the host slot.
3. System is binding… Program key when key binding complete.

Backup EEPROM data

1. This function can backup EEPROM data.

Generate SKE for emergency when data backup complete.

Insert SKE to switch ignition ON and open dashboard.

2. Receiving vehicle immo data… Please wait patiently.
3. Please name EEPROM backup data.
4. Data backup succeed.Please select “generate emulator key”function to generate a spare key for emergency.

Generate emulator key

1. This function can generate a spare master key when all keys are lost, which can

open dashboard to add other keys.

2. Receiving local backup data…
3. System shows current data and notify key type.
4. Insert bound emulator key (corresponding color/type) into K518 host slot, and press

round button on the key.

5. Generating SKE … Please wait for 5 minutes patiently.
6. When SKE is generated,press round button on it and put it against start button of

vehicle, and try to open dashboard.If the dashboard is lit up, please use SKE to

program and add new keys.

Add smart key

1. Put SKE or available key against ignition switch and switch ignition ON till

dashboard is lit up.

2. System communication, getting info about key numbers…
3. Put registered smart key against vehicle start button, and remove it when

buzzer beeps once.

4. Put smart key (to be registered) at start button of vehicle in 30 seconds, and

remove it when buzzer beeps twice.

5. Please wait till key registration complete. Operation succeed.

Delete smart key

1. Put emulator key or available key close to ignition switch and switch ignition ON till

dashboard is lit up.

2. System communication, getting info about key numbers…
3. Put back of registered smart key close to vehicle start button, and remove it

when buzzer beeps once.

4. System is deleting key… Deleting succeed. Smart key (away from start button) will be deleted.

Bind emulator key: Require to power on the device when put emulator key into K518 host slot.

2. System will read backup data of vehicle to generate emulator key and prompt

to choose corresponding key type(refer to back of the emulator).

4.For Carola/Vios/Zelas all key lost, programming is not available in a state of alarm.

4. EEPROM data backup complete, please select “generate EEPEOM data”

Generate EEPROM data

1. This function can generate EEPROM data for vehicle.
2. Continue to select EEPROM data of smart key backed up before.
3. Searching data… Please input filename of new data.
4. Generating EEPROM data complete. Data saved in K518\file\feature_1013.

Please write newly-generated data to EEPROM（IC003）in smart immo box of

vehicle. More details, refer to “Reference”.

Generate emulator key

It’s required to write newly-generated data to EEPROM in smart immo box.

Dashboard is lit up after emulator key (SKE) generated.

1. This function can generate a backup master key when all keys are lost, which

can open dashboard to add keys.

2. Insert bound SKE(corresponding color/type) into K518 card slot, and press

round button on the key.

3. System is building configuration… Please wait patiently.
4. Key generation complete. Please press round button on it and put it against

ignition switch of vehicle, and try to open dashboard. If the dashboard is lit up,

please use SKE to program and add new keys.

Add smart key

1. Put emulator key or available key against ignition switch and switch ignition ON

till dashboard is lit up.

2. System communication, getting info about key numbers…
3. Put registered smart key against start button of vehicle, and remove it when

buzzer beeps once.

4. Please put smart key to be registered at start button of vehicle in 30 seconds,

and remove it when buzzer beeps twice.

5. Please wait till key registration complete. Operation succeed.

Delete smart key

1. Put emulator key or available key close to ignition switch and switch ignition

ON till dashboard is lit up.

2. System communication, getting key numbers…
3. Put back of registered smart key close to vehicle start button, and remove it

when buzzer beeps once.

5. System is deleting key… Deleting succeed. Smart key (away from start button)

will be deleted.

Bind emulator key

1. This function can bind smart key emulator (SKE-LT series) to K518 host.
2. Please put key to be bound into K518 host slot.
3. System is binding… When complete, continue to program all keys lost.

Newly-generated data must be written to EEPROM chip in smart box.Attentions

Dashboard can be lit up after simulate key is generated.

2. Bind key/generate key: Change placement of simulate key to sense if failed.

98 card smart box is located at back of storage box at passenger seat.

Lonsdor DST40 DST80 Emulators DO NOT Connect to Online Server

Good news to Lonsdor k518ISE key programmer and SKE-LT Smart Key emulator users!!!

New update Pre-Announcment to include Offline Calculation for
Black emulator:  SKE-LT-DST40(94/D4) for 94/D4 smart key and green emulator: SKE-LT-DST80(98) for 98 smart key.
From now on these emulators DON'T need to connect to online server to calculate pass to do Toyota/Lexus all smart keys lost by OBD.  No more server break down issue.

Red SKE-LT 88/8A and blue SKE-LT 8A/A9 emulators still need to connect to server to program all keys lost. Wait for feature updates.

FYI:
Lonsdor K518SE will soon launch 5th emulator:
Orange SKE-LT-DSTAES 128bit for Toyota/Lexus H chip key all keys lost by OBD.

Lonsdor K518ISE Program Honda N-BOX All Keys Lost by OBD

One of our customers has successfully program a smart key on a Honda N-BOX (NBOX) Japanese model using Lonsdor K518ISE key programmer when all keys lost.

Connect K518 host with vehicle via obd diagnostic socket
Select Immobilizer->Honda->Select from type->Smart Key->Button Type 2-> All Key Lost

Press Start button twice to see if can turn on ignition switch
Here press Cancel button

Hold down Start button and press OK until ignition goes on

Ignition indicator goes on
Enter number of keys to be registered (up to 6): 1

Turn ignition off within 15 sec

Turn ignition on within 15 sec

Check if immo indicator goes off.
Press OK to confirm if yes
Turn ignition off within 15 sec

Lonsdor K518ISE Adds Smart Key for Toyota Land Cruiser

Lonsdor K518ISE key programmer adds 2-button smart key on a Toyota Land Cruiser year 2013 successfully.

Connect Lonsdor K518 host with vehicle via OBD diagnostic socket
Select Immobilizer->Toyota->Select from type->Smart all key lost system->Add smart key

Use the generated smart key emulator or the original working key to close to the ignition, press on ignition switch until the dashboard indicator flashes

Cummunicating
Put the key to be registered near to the Start button within 30 seconds, remove the key after you hear buzzer sounds twice
