Program 2016 Ford Mondeo Remote Key with Lonsdor K518ISE

Here’s the procedure to duplicate a key for the 2016 Ford Mondeo with key chip ID49 Hitag 3 (Hitag pro). The remote control is automatically programmed. Key programming is done with the Lonsdor K518ISE key programmer.

Two keys are required. Original key and a new key (3-button remote).

Turn on ignition switch with original key

Select Immobilizer->Ford->New Mondeo-> pre-2017->Immobilizer->Add key

Switch ignition off

Read VIN and key numbers

Insert a new key and turn on ignition

Programming in procedure

Identify number of programmed keys: 3

Program complete.

Test the remote control and start car.

Done.

Lonsdor K518ISE Program Opel Corsa-D 2008 Remote Key

How to read pin code and program new remote key on a Opel Corsa-D 2008 using Lonsdor K518ISE key programmer.

Chip: ID46 PCF7941 (HITAG2)
Remote frequency: 433MHz

Pin code: read by K518

Step 1: Read Pin Code

Connect K518 host with vehicle via OBD socket

Select Opel->IMMO->Select from vehicle->Corsa->Corsa-D->Immobilizer

Check key information and manual

Select Read Pin Code

Turn on ignition switch

Verifying pin code

Read 4-digit pin code success.

Step 2: Program remote key

Select Add key function

Insert a key to be programmed and turn on ignition switch

Current number of keys programmed: 1

Lonsdor K518ISE auto fill in the pin code just read

Second keys has been programmed success

Switch off ignition

Turn ignition to ON position again

Programming complete

Test the remote control

Start engine.

Done.

Lonsdor K518ISE Program BMW X3 F25 2013 CAS4 Key

How-to:  Program BMW X3 2013 F25 key CAS4 system using lonsdor k518ise and vvdi prog.

Step 1: Read D-flash with Xhorse VVDI Prog

Remove CAS4 module from vehicle

Read D-flash and EEPROM dump data with VVDIProg

Step 2: Program key with Lonsdor K518

In K518 Help menu, you’ll find the instruction document

We have read and save D-flash and EEPROM.

Save data and import it into Lonsdor “customfile” folder.
Press OK to select D-Flash file.

Decode VIN

K518 requires working key or ISN code (when all keys lost) to generate ignition key

Select a key position to continue

Then choose Have original key. If lost all keys, select Enter engine ISN code

Insert working key into Lonsdor key slot

Lonsdor K518ISE read current key ID

Remove key from the slot

Then insert new key to be programmed

Read new key ID and program

Generate ignition key success.

Follow steps below to program remote control:

1. Take all other keys out of car except new key
2. Put the new key close to car induction coil
3. Press Start button and wait for 15 sec (wait 15s to remove key even when dashboard indicator goes on)
4. Check if all functions of new key are normal.
