Program Toyota RAV4 2020 AKL with Lonsdor K518ISE

 Program all proximity keys lost for new Toyota RAV4 2020 with Lonsdor K518ISE. The same procedure goes to new highlander, Avalon, Lexus ES, UX, LS etc.  To do this job you must have Lonsdor dedicated smart keys. No need NASTF code for 24-48 hours use and $60-$100 subscription.  No need new OEM key for $150.

What you need are:
Lonsdor k518ise/k518s or kh100+
Lonsdor dedicated Toyota key and yearly AKL license subscription for Toyota
The authorization also covers Toyota RAV4, Highlander,  Avalon, Lexus ES, UX, LS, GX series.

 

In vehicle make sure you have a strong wifi signal available either a hotspot to something nearby
Also make sure you have authorization installed.

First thing we going to do is disassemble the lonsdor h0440c key
Remove emergency key first
Remove pcb board to begin programming
If you got the pcb separately, ignore this step.
Use backside for best signal and reception

Set up wifi setting
Connect to strong wifi
Go to main menu, select Special Functions-Key settings-FT smart key-8A-Generate smart key

This function requires internet connection

K518 ask us to put smart key into the card slot

Select frequency 314.35
It is going to download the information from the car

Take all keys outside the vehicle, press START button, put H0440C key close to the button to begin vehicle data transfer to PCB. wait for about 10s until indicator pulses regular for 10 seconds straight, if the key indicator does not flash, press Start button once again

At this point, if the lonsdor failed to proceed choose another frequency and repeat the previous process

Return pcb to coil and continue
Lonsdor k518 is downloading that information from the card

Select don’t have working key

Generate successfully
Now the key can start car, but remote does not work, continue to the next step

Go back to Special functions-Key settings-FT smart key-8A-Modify remote count value
This function is only useful if you’ve already generated a key that doesn’t fully function for the vehicle

Put the smart key generated online into the card slot

Modify value
Add 400 to the value shown and then modify
The value should be 1406

It’s been modified.
Tes the key, still not function, it is normal.
We will do the modification again

Modifying made simple
The numbers in sequence range from 1-F
When adding increments of 400 keep in min 4+4=8, but 8+4=C
[0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C,D,E,F]

Here is the number sequence without the testing and retries involved.1006 >1406 > 1806 > 1C06 > 2006 >2406 >2806 >2C06 > 3006 > 3406 > 3806. to clarify, the last 2 numbers are just to be copied as presented. the Lonsdor k518 machine automatically adjusts them each time it’s read, and the end result is unpredictable. just think of the numbers as [0000]- 10 – (XX), where the x’s are just to be copied and just follow the rest of the sequence follows the above pattern adding “0400” each time. 

Modify value agin, this time, modify value 3845
Modify success

Remote is working.
Earthing is working.
Once vehicle responds to remote, you have found the correct modification value.
Be sure to test all button and proximity functions before finishing.

Does Lonsdor JLR Smart Key Support HPLA All Keys Lost?

I have a question about the Lonsdor JLR Smart Key. Is it possible only with FK72 to lose all keys? Is this available for all software versions of FK72, HPLA?

Lonsdor new JLR license and the dedicated smart key is available for all software version of FK72, HPLA.

For FK72, supports both Add key and all keys lost to JLR 2015-2018 with the key via OBD directly.

For HPLA, supports add key via OBD directly. All Keys lost requires an extra JLR Connector (coming soon)

Lonsdor 518 Program 2018 Evoque All Keys Lost via OBD

 2018 Range Rover Evoque is very difficult to program when lost all smart keys.  Here we program it in a crazy easy what via OBD only.  No EEPROM, No KVM out, no break the system.

 

Tools required:

Lonsdor K518ISE or K518S key programmer

Lonsdor new JLR software license 

Lonsdor dedicated JLR proximity key 

How-to: Program 2018 Evoque KVM system using OBD key

First, connect K518 obd cable to the vehicle
Located just below the driver side dash

First, select Immo and remote-> Land Rover ->Select from vehicle->Land Rover 2015-2018->Smart key->Select type 4 (program by obd)->All smart key lost and wait to connect

Choose all keys lost will delete the original key from system be sure before selecting

Update works for both FK72 and HPLA versions of KVM system

All keys lost, select cancel and confirm

Select desired key position and generate a working key

Place JLR OBD key to be generated into k518ise card slot, select ok to begin

Confirm use of Lonsdor dedicated key

Reading and witting key

Generated successfully. Confirm once the process complete, begin key testing by unlocking the vehicle
Everything works.
Key works straight.
The procedure is done in a few minutes very easy, program a brand new smart key no problem.

Program Smart 453 Key with Lonsdor K518ISE

 I tried to add a key on a Smart 453 year 2015. But Lonsdor K518ISE reads flash up to 73% and stops. Timeout. Tried several times, 73% was the highest score. I really thought that Lonsdor can do it.

I tried also under Renault twingo 3, but same situation.

At the end solved 453 by Lonsdor
So tried by flash reading/pin reading by Vivaro traffic.
Successfully done.
Also deleting/flashing.

Maybe it’s helpful for other users.

Lonsdor K518 Program Chrysler 300 2019 Smart Key

 Lonsdor K518ISE does succeed on some Chrysler Dodge smart key 2019-2020 but your need force cable connects to CAN wires bypass security SGW.

The Lonsdor L-JCD cable is for: Fiat, Chrysler automobile group from 2018 bypass SGW. Just Can H, L from OBD lonsdor to CAN H, L in car.

 

Easy to bo by yourself with female OBD connector.

Locate the SGW security gateway module under the passenger seat right here you need to take this cover, the sgw module is right over here, right in that area basically.  you will see there is two plus in There connected to a module you should unplug those plugs, unplug them and connect your L-JCD connector.

We have 3 keys, an old one, an original key and a new key to be programmed

In K518ISE, you go to Immobilizer->Chrysler->Select from vehicle->North American-300->2019-2020->Smart key ->Sdd smart key
