Insert new key to be programmed and switch ignition to ON position

Problem:
Failed to load error comes up on the Lonsdor K518 Pro.
Also says my tool app has expired.
Subscription is not expired. Don’t know what’s going on here.
Solution:
Enable network connection or change network or WiFi hotspot connection.
Run one-key update.
If not working, contact your dealer.
Problem:
Lonsdor special JLR key not being recognized as a lonsdor key, Any solution for this? This is the new version of the JLR key currently being sold.
Solution:
Update Lonsdor K518 machine to latest version.
Remove key shell and then put the key into K518 key slot to read key information again.
