Tutorial: how to program Nissan Ariya 2022 all smart keys lost with Lonsdor K518 Pro and Nissan BCM 40 PIN Cable.
This function requires unplugging BCM connector then use Nissan BCM 40 PIN Cable to connect BCM.
All keys of this vehicle must be re-programmed.
*The Nissan BCM 40 cable is compatible with following models:
Nissan Rogue T33 2021-
Nissan Pathfinder 2021-
Nissan Sylphy B18 2021-
Nissan Ariya 2022-
Mitsubishi Outlander 2021-
The BCM module is in front of the assistant driver seat
Connect the BCM cable to the BCM.
We need to remove this port and connect to the female port.
Connect the male port to the female port.
Then connect BCM 40 cable with K518 pro via main test cable.
In K518 Pro, select Immo & Remote-> Nissan-> Select from vehicle->Asia-> Ariya-> 2022 onwards-> All smart key lost
Turn ignition off
Turn on emergency indicators
Start at P or Neutral gear.
The steering column in in unlocked state.
Then we start to read the key ID
Put the original key (with logo upwards) to the start button
Don’t remove the key from the ignition
Don’t press any button on the key.
Read key information.
Choose CANCEL to go to the next step.
K518 will pull 28-digit PIN of the vehicle through immo data.
The pin code can be used when all keys lost.
Put the key to the start button again
Program key successfully.
If you want to program another key just press OK to continue.
Unplug the connector, re-install the vehicle’s gateway modules.
Connect the device to OBD port, turn the ignition on.
Then test the new key.
