Lonsdor K518ISE Program Porsche Cayenne 2009 Kessy All Keys Lost

How to Program a Porsche Cayenne 2009 433MHz Continental kessy module under all keys lost situation using VVDI Prog and Lonsdor K518ISE key programmer.

Step 1: Read EEPROM data with Xhorse VVDI Prog

Remove KESSY module under the steering wheel from vehicle

Open Kessy module and locate 93C86 EEPROM. Connect vvdi programmer with chip IC 93C86.

Open VVDI Prog software

Select 4th Immobilizer->KESSY(2008-)

(*VW Touareg, Phaeton, Porsche Cayenne and Audi A8 from 2004 use Access/Start Authorization (KESSY) system for transponder keys authorization. )

Read and save KESSY eeprom data

Install KESSY module back to vehicle.

Step 2: Program key with Lonsdor K518ISE

(You can make new key with other programmers as well, i.e Xhorse VVDI2)

Connect Lonsdor K518 key programmer with vehicle via OBD socket

Select Immobilizer->Porsche->Cayenne-> -2010->Immobilizer->Program key

Turn ignition to ON position

Switch ignition off then on

Commuinicaitng

Lonsdor K518 require to enter 5-digit pin code to access

Login success

Select Program channel 21

Enter number of keys to be programmed: 1

Switch ignition off, insert all keys and switch ignition on and keep at least for 5 seconds.

When replace all keys, press OK to finish key learning.

If remote control works but cannot start car, the dashboard indicates IMMOBIL ACTIVATED,
press the pedal brake.

Lonsdor K518ISE Program Cadillac CTS Remote Key

How to: Program Cadillac CTS remote control with Lonsdor K518ISE key programmer using Keydiy universal remote (3-button).

Connect K518 host with vehicle via OBD diagnostic socket

Select Immobilizer-> Cadillac->CTS->Remote-> Program Remote

All the remotes will be deleted, need to be re-programmed to use, to perform this function, please prepare all remotes, switch ignition on, click [OK] to continue.

Press and hold the remote key lock and unlock buttons together for 6 sec, then release, to program more, please repeat the above steps, click OK to continue.

How to Update Kernel of Lonsdor K518ISE Key Programmer

Here’s the tutorial on adding Hibernation function on Lonsdor K518ISE tablet key programmer .

Preparation for Update:

1. Power on the device or keep the battery level over 80%.
2. Make sure wifi network is in good condition and the device receives signal normally;

Update steps:

1. Click [One key update] and skip to below K518ISE  interface. Then click the first button to update system. When the update complete, click [OK] to reboot the device.

2. After rebooting, click and enter [Settings] menu, you will find there are two additional function buttons: [Update Kernel ] and [Display Settings].

3. Click [Update Kernel] first and skip to below interface, then press [Update] to update the kernel.

4. Click [Install] after updating the kernel file. And the device will reboot to install kernel.

5. Blank screen is normal during the installation. The whole process will take 5 minutes, be patient to wait and don’t restart the device manually.

6. The update complete when the password input interface appears. Screen auto-lock in the [Display Settings ] is added.

7. Enter [Settings]→[Display Settings] to adjust the screen brightness and screen auto-locking time .

Save power to prolong stand-by time. Auto standby function can prevent the Lonsdor K518 from being overheated in hot summer.
