Lonsdor K518 Pro Program Nissan Ariya 2022 All Keys Lost

 Tutorial: how to program Nissan Ariya 2022 all smart keys lost with Lonsdor K518 Pro and Nissan BCM 40 PIN Cable.

 

 

This function requires unplugging BCM connector then use Nissan BCM 40 PIN Cable to connect BCM.
All keys of this vehicle must be re-programmed.

*The Nissan BCM 40 cable is compatible with following models:

Nissan Rogue T33 2021-
Nissan Pathfinder 2021-
Nissan Sylphy B18 2021-
Nissan Ariya 2022-
Mitsubishi Outlander 2021-

 

 

The BCM module is in front of the assistant driver seat
Connect the BCM cable to the BCM.

We need to remove this port and connect to the female port.
Connect the male port to the female port.

Then connect BCM 40 cable with K518 pro via main test cable.

In K518 Pro, select Immo & Remote-> Nissan-> Select from vehicle->Asia-> Ariya-> 2022 onwards-> All smart key lost

Turn ignition off
Turn on emergency indicators
Start at P or Neutral gear.
The steering column in in unlocked state.

Reading immo data in process.

Then we start to read the key ID

Put the original key (with logo upwards) to the start button
Don’t remove the key from the ignition
Don’t press any button on the key.
Read key information.

Choose CANCEL to go to the next step.

K518 will pull 28-digit PIN of the vehicle through immo data.
The pin code can be used when all keys lost.

Put the key to the start button again
Program key successfully.

If you want to program another key just press OK to continue.

Unplug the connector, re-install the vehicle’s gateway modules.
Connect the device to OBD port, turn the ignition on.

Then test the new key.

Add Porsche Macan 2018 MLB Key with Lonsdor K518 Pro

 Making a key for a new model of the MLB system, for a Porsche Cayenne, Macan 2017- has now become possible and takes several hours, but for this you need at least one working car key!

Here is an example of adding a spare key to a Macan 2018.

 

Order a original MLB Key. Use the KYDZ MLB tool to read data and generate dealer key.

Don’t buy the solder free adapter yet. Here we use the remove chip solution.

If you have solder free adapter or the Xhorse VVDI MLB Tool, the job will be much easier.

Assembled original key and already prepared dealer key

After the dealer key is generated, based on the data, it is programmed into the car using Lonsdor K518 Pro and the owner receives a second working key for his car.

Now the car has two working keys programmed. Don’t lose your keys, especially if you don’t have a second one!

Lonsdor K518 Pro Program Land Cruiser 2022- 8A BA All Keys Lost

 Tutorial: How to program Land Cruiser 2022-2024 (8A-BA) all smart keys lost using Lonsdor K518 Pro.

 

Tools required:

Lonsdor K518 Pro key programmer

Lonsdor Toyota FP30 cable

Toyota 8A-BA smart key to be programmed (here use 4-button key)

*K518 Pro has built-in Toyota AKL license and LKE emulators. Don’t need to purchase separately.

Lonsdor Toyota FP30 cable is used for 8A-BA and 4A models all keys lost without PIN Code.

Procedure:

Step 1: Back up IMMO Data

We need to remove PEPS and connect FP30 cable to the smart box.

Here is a video example of Toyota Corolla 2023, similar to Land Cruiser.

We have shown many examples of using Toyota 30-PIN cable on other models. (2023 Sienna & 30 PIN cable, 2023 Prius and 30 PIN cable, Toyota 2022- & Xhorse 30 PIN cable etc)

 

Go to IMMO & Remote->Toyota-> Select from type->All smart key lost-> Type 3 (2022-)->8A

Select Back up immo data
Need to connect Toyota FP-30 cable to connect PEPS bypass pin code

Turn on the ignition, if fails, turn on the indicator flashing lights or cycle emergency flashers 2 times from ‘ON’ to ‘OFF’.
Read VIN and confirm

Calculating data
Input file name you need to save
Reading immo data

Immo data backed up successfully.

The data can be used to add key/delete key/generate emergency key (AKL).
After backup is completed, install PEPS case, and connect all connectors and plugs.

 

Step 2: Generate Emergency Key

Select Generate emergency key (PRO antenna)
Connect K518 Pro antenna and place the antenna’s top into the card slot

Select the immo data just backed up

Generate emergency key successfully.
Step on car brake once and use the emergency key to turn ignition on.

Step 3: Add Smart Key

Select Add Smart Key
Make sure the vehicle is fully charged.
Load the D-flash data of PEPS to acquire 12-digit PIN code

Add key successfully

Turn the ignition off, check if the key works properly.
If it doesn’t have remote function, follow K518 Pro prompts to enable remote function.

How to Solve Lonsdor K518 Pro ‘Failed to Load’ Error?

 If your Lonsdor K518 Pro stops working and reports error “Failed to load, success to execute App”. Here is the solution.

Solution:

Select ‘Firmware upgrade’ on Settings menu. Update firmware and try again.

Lonsdor K518 Pro Program 2020 Mazda 6 Smart Key

 This is a Mazda 6 year 2020. We are going to add a spare smart key using Lonsdor K518 Pro programmer.

 

Go to Mazda->Australia->M6->With Smart->2017 up->Add smart key
Turn on ignition switch
Read current key number. Current key count: 2

Configuring system, wait for 7 min until the horn rings

Hold the logo end of the smart key close to the Start button

Put the smart key logo side close to Start button within 10s

Add key successfully

Before start engine, do following
For AT vehicels,
Slam on the brake
Put each programmed keys onto car start button to start engine for 3s, then turn OFF.

Program complete.
Test the new key.
