Look here: How to program new smart keys to Ford Everest when all keys are lost, using Lonsdor K518ISE key programmer.
Main steps:
Step 1 Require at least 2 keys
Step 2 Ignition OFF and Open and close the door on the driver side
Step 3 Lonsdor k518ISE reads out vehicle info, current key number, PIN codes
Step 4 Put a new smart key into the slot (sensor area) and press the START button
Sensor area:
- Central armrest box
- Cup holder
Step 5 Lonsdor is programming the first new smat key, then put the second one into the slot and press START button
Step 6 Lonsdor continues to program the second. And recognize the programmed key number.
New keys programming completed.

Select Immobilizer->Ford->Everest->Other Region or America
Go to program new keys when all keys are lost
You should have at least 2 smart keys
Ignition OFF and Open and close the door on the driver side
Lonsdor K518 read Parts number, VIN codes, Current key number
Reading PIN codes
Put a new smart key into the slot (sensor area) and press the START button
Sensor area:
- Central armrest box
- Cup holder
Program new keys one by one
Key programming success
Test the new keys and verify both are working good
