Range rover 2010 customer has the key like the photo. Will I be able to program the key with the nickel like the second picture I have using Lonsdor K518ISE? My key is pcf7953.

Yes, do it via OBD in 10 minutes. There is no problem until 2014.
The kvm being fk72 after 2014 which is locked.
For 2015-2018, you will need Lonsdor dedicated JLR smart key and JLR license.
