How to Solve Lonsdor K518 Pro “IDM Version too Low”?

 Problem:

Lonsdor K518 Pro suddenly does not communicate with any vehicle.

 

Solution:

Do an OBDII upgrade (update OBDII cable) and OBD hardware self-check.

IDM version is too low.

Solution:

First run One-click update.

Then run OBDII upgrade (update obdii cable. Should give power supply to OBDII cable).

If still not working, the k518 may have problem. It may need a factory repair.
